Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of our dynamic warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Keep the warehouse clean and maintain safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address any concerns.
• Work independently within your responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving warehouse goals and tasks.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Organize and execute efficiently.

Skills and Abilities

Education and Physical Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
