2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers flexible schedules and a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, depending on the shift. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to maintain effective communication.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
