Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring efficient warehouse processes and excellent product quality.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, notifying management of any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work both independently and in a team environment.
