2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory counts. Your collaboration with peers, effective communication, and commitment to quality and safety will be essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical conditions.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
