2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dedicated team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. Our warehouse operations are crucial to ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our growing customer base.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team and follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
