2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. As a member of our warehouse team, you will relocate merchandise, load shipments, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt positively to challenges, and drive for success.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and physical environments.
