2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing warehouse operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Shift Schedule Options

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off
• Schedule B: Saturday and Sunday every 3 weeks
• Schedule C: Saturday and Sunday every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday with weekends off

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership
• Provide input for process improvements

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success
• Ability to interpret company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place up to 45 pounds of product
• Operate powered industrial equipment
• Work in varying temperatures and environments
