2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training to equip you for success.

Position Type:

Part-Time

Average Hours:

Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise in the warehouse.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and assist in unloading incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
