Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. In this part-time position, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by receiving, selecting, and delivering products efficiently to our stores. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise, prepare for shipment, and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory counts, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Drive efficiency and productivity through process improvement suggestions.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt positively to challenges, and drive for success.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and safely handle powered industrial equipment.
