2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient stock management, order fulfillment, and warehouse maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Independently carry out assigned tasks within the designated area.
• Support warehouse management in meeting set goals.
• Operate equipment following safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as required.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Display conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Demonstrate efficiency, organization, and adherence to company standards.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Engage in various physical activities throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
