Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in efficiently handling stock, ensuring the timely fulfillment of store orders, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to meet store order requirements.
• Organize and relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Assist in achieving budget goals set by warehouse management.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for inventory and order fulfillment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds regularly.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and settings within the warehouse.
