Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As part of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Clean and maintain the warehouse for safety and appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethics and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
