Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI's team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties such as receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. Your role will also involve communicating effectively with your peers and warehouse leadership to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate and communicate with team members and suppliers.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and warehouse standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capacity to work both independently and in a team environment.
