Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient selection, relocation, and loading of merchandise to fulfill orders for our stores. Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines to optimize warehouse space.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment preparation.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
