2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth warehouse operations and contribute to achieving budgeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for seamless communication.
• Inspect product quality and provide input for process improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to warehouse safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, demonstrate conscientiousness, adapt to changes, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
