2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing and loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock and fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Inspect product quality and safety, taking independent actions as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
