2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipping.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Conduct inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality control.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Effective communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk.
