2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will perform various warehouse duties, including receiving and selecting stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations and achieve budgeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare shipments by strategically loading merchandise and unloading incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards through general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform physical tasks required in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
