3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, maintaining product quality, and contributing to a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting, moving, and preparing merchandise.
