3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with the team to achieve operational goals.

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: $22.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and communicate with management.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
