3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for overseeing various tasks related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and team management during the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Establish daily shipping schedules to meet store inventory needs.
• Supervise staging, pallet construction, and product selection accuracy.
• Communicate with 3rd party partners and suppliers regarding schedule changes and business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines for inbound deliveries and order fulfillment.
• Lead and support warehouse team in achieving efficiency and inventory goals.
• Maintain safety standards, identify hazards, and ensure equipment is in proper working order.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience in inventory procedures and warehouse operations preferred.
