Job Description: 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse management team, you will oversee and manage daily operations to ensure the efficient and safe storage, handling, and dispatch of products.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of warehouse personnel.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Develop action plans to enhance operating efficiency.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to warehouse associates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory, expenses, and employee performance.
• Address and resolve warehouse issues promptly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift heavy objects.
