Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of warehouse personnel, including receiving, selection, and shipping processes.
• Monitor compliance with guidelines for inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Implement action plans to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, fostering teamwork and adherence to company values.
• Collaborate with other operational areas to optimize warehouse performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Manage controllable expenses and inventory efficiently.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Physical ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
