Job Description

We are looking for a talented 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing efficiency and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise job activities of direct reports.
• Oversee receiving, selection, and shipping processes.
• Develop action plans to enhance operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Lead Warehouse Associate meetings and provide coaching for professional development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor expenses, manage inventory, and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop direct reports.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and relevant policies.
