3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in efficiently managing stock to fulfill store orders, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock and fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership effectively.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
