ArcBest II ABF Freight is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As part of one of the country's largest and most trusted LTL carriers, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supervising freight loading/unloading operations to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and compliance with hazardous materials handling.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, along with transportation or related experience.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of freight handling techniques are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills.
