General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for timely and safe freight handling.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for vehicle safety.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Create a safe working environment for personnel and customers.
• Support values-driven culture and department goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in service center or transportation field.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of freight handling techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
