Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, safe freight operations.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, coordinate work, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Create a clean, safe work environment and ensure proper handling of materials.
• Support a values-driven culture and collaborate to achieve department goals.
• Participate in additional projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in service center or transportation operations.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of freight handling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
