As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in planning, supervising, and controlling available resources to ensure the timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts. Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain appropriate load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, coordinate work assignments, and monitor performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Support values-driven culture and collaborate in achieving department goals.
• Additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in transportation or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
