ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the timely, safe, and efficient loading and unloading of freight to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain proper load plans and balance for safe vehicle operations.
• Assign job tasks, monitor performance, and provide necessary training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Support department goals and promote a values-driven culture.
• Handle other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation or related fields, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques and regulations.
