• Plan, supervise, and control resources to ensure safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain appropriate load plans and balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks and monitor performance to meet schedules.
• Provide training, feedback, and a safe working environment.
• Foster safe handling, loading, unloading, and storage of hazardous materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; transportation experience is a plus.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of freight handling techniques are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
