Job Description

We are looking for an Access and Reimbursement Manager to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals in New York City. The Access and Reimbursement Manager will be responsible for executing the Epidiolex market access business plan for the State of New York. The role involves building relationships with providers, educating them on payer and reimbursement policies, and resolving patient access issues. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with various internal teams to achieve targeted objectives and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to achieve business goals.

• Establish and maintain relationships with providers and accounts.
• Educate providers on patient access services and programs.
• Demonstrate expertise in reimbursement and access.
• Address patient-specific issues and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Develop payer and reimbursement action plans.
• Stay current on managed care and policy activities.
• Conduct business development reviews and train stakeholders.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong account management and reimbursement experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel.
