Account Executive - Respiratory Sales

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our Respiratory Sales team at Prompt Care Companies Inc. As the Account Executive, you will be a key member of our Branch Sales Team, responsible for developing relationships with various referral sources in the healthcare industry to drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Sales in creating and implementing Clinical Programs in the assigned market.
• Assess and enhance customer satisfaction by evaluating referral sources' needs and opportunities.
• Cultivate strong relationships with physicians and referral sources to increase referrals to our services.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Deliver excellent service to both referral sources and patients to uphold Prompt Care's reputation.
• Participate in meetings, conferences, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior experience in selling respiratory services within health systems is preferred.
• Medical sales background is required.
• Current RCP state licensure is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently.
• Proficient in PC skills for documentation and communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
