Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Appliance Service Technician to join CSC Serviceworks, a leading provider of commercial laundry services, consumer services technology, and air-vending solutions. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining washers, dryers, and air-vending machines at customer locations. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with excellent mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and Repair: Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of appliances following manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services to ensure optimal performance and longevity of appliances.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, addressing concerns and providing repair information and maintenance advice.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed service records, prepare reports, and update databases accurately.
• Parts and Inventory Management: Monitor spare parts inventory, order supplies, and manage tools for efficient repairs.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols when working with electrical systems and appliances.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Previous experience in appliance repair or related field preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical stamina to handle heavy appliances.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
