Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Appliance Service Technician to join our team at CSC ServiceWorks. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for providing mechanical repairs and maintenance on washers, dryers, and air-vending machines at customer and client locations. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong mechanical aptitude, who enjoys working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of appliances following manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services to ensure optimal performance and extend appliance lifespan.
• Interact with customers professionally, addressing concerns and providing accurate information on repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and parts used. Manage inventory levels and order necessary parts for efficient repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working with electrical systems and appliances to ensure personal and customer property safety.
