Appliance Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Appliance Service Technician to join our team at CSC ServiceWorks. As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing mechanical repairs and maintenance services for washers, dryers, and air-vending machines at customer locations. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of appliances, following manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services to ensure optimal appliance performance.
• Interact with customers professionally, addressing concerns and providing repair/maintenance information.
• Maintain detailed service records and update inventory levels of spare parts and tools.
• Adhere to safety protocols when working with electrical systems and appliances.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Previous experience in appliance repair or related field preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
