Appliance Service Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Appliance Service Technician to join our team at CSC Serviceworks. As an Appliance Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing mechanical repairs to washers, dryers, and air-vending machines at customer and client locations. Your role will involve diagnosing issues, performing repairs and maintenance, managing inventory, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and Repair: Diagnose and repair appliances following manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to optimize appliance performance.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, address concerns, and provide maintenance advice.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed service records and update the internal database.
• Parts and Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order parts, and manage resources efficiently.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols to ensure personal and customer property safety.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience in appliance repair preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Basic computer skills for documentation
