Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Appliance Service Technician to join . As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for providing mechanical repairs and maintenance services for washers, dryers, and air-vending machines at customer and client locations within the assigned region. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our machines operate smoothly and meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and repair appliances following manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance to optimize performance and extend appliance lifespan.
• Interact with customers professionally, addressing concerns and providing maintenance advice.
• Maintain detailed service records and manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working with electrical systems and appliances.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Previous experience in appliance repair or related field preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical stamina to handle heavy appliances.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
