Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant General Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn and Suites Gateway. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all hotel operations, ensuring efficiency, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in daily operations and managing staff.
  • Provide training and support to employees and department heads.
  • Act as a public relations director and promote the hotel within the industry and community.
  • Resolve guest complaints and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct property inspections and maintain facilities to high standards.
  • Build strong relationships with staff, departments, and ensure effective communication.
  • Assist in business planning and respond to emergencies as needed.

Requirements

  • University degree or diploma in hotel management or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or Executive Assistant Manager.
  • Strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
