Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager (TB) to join the Domino's team in McClenny. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $14.50-$17.50 per hour, with bonus eligibility and benefits including Medical, Dental, and Paid Vacation (subject to eligibility requirements).

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in coordinating and overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Take ownership of tasks assigned to the team, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Mentor team members to develop managerial skills and uphold company policies.
• Conduct staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, and ensure store cleanliness.
• Promote a positive work environment, excellent customer service, and uphold Domino's image standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of operational tasks and ability to train others.
• Proficient in equipment operation, ingredient handling, and food preparation.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and follow written instructions.
• Excellent mathematical skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
