Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing store operations, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans, training team members, maintaining inventory, and upholding company standards.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 38 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance operational results.
  • Train and guide team members to improve performance.
  • Maintain inventory levels and product quality.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise daily store operations and address customer concerns.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Prior retail and management experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
  • Prior management experience is a plus.
