Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans to ensure overall store performance. You will identify training opportunities to support the growth and development of the team while upholding company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance operational results.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product quality, and signage standards.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
