We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store operations, developing action plans for improved performance, and fostering a positive team environment.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop action plans to enhance operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Identify training opportunities for team growth.
• Ensure adherence to company values and foster teamwork.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback.
• Supervise inventory procedures and product handling.
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Participate in store payroll management and employee training.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Prior management experience preferred.
