Assistant Retail Management

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Management position at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day store operations, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans. You will also be responsible for training and developing the team members to enhance their performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Previous retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
