Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering team development. Your responsibilities will include creating action plans, training team members, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Type

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance
• Train and support team members to achieve desired results
• Maintain inventory levels and product quality
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve operational issues

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Previous retail experience and management skills
