Join our team at ALDI as an Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational action plans, and identifying training opportunities to grow the team. As a key contributor to overall store performance, you will play a crucial part in fostering teamwork and achieving business goals.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 38 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $25.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve performance.
  • Monitor and maintain store standards and cleanliness.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and address customer concerns.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Prior retail management experience preferred.
