Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as an Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational action plans, and identifying training opportunities to grow the team. Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 38 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $25.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
- Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities to improve performance.
- Monitor and maintain store standards and cleanliness.
- Supervise day-to-day operations and address customer concerns.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior retail management experience preferred.
