Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join the Aldi team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supervising store activities, enhancing overall store performance, scheduling, and developing action plans to support the team's growth.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 38 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans for improved results
- Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations
- Identify training opportunities for team growth
- Monitor the competitive environment and recommend adjustments
- Ensure store cleanliness and proper stock levels
- Supervise day-to-day operations and provide excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of company policies and procedures
- Prior retail management experience preferred
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience
- Management experience is a plus
