Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi, where you will play a key role in overseeing store operations and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the leadership team to drive operational excellence, ensure product quality, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, setting clear expectations for performance.
  • Identify training opportunities to support team development and improve overall results.
  • Maintain inventory levels, merchandise products effectively, and maximize sales potential.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, prioritizing customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
  • 3+ years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
