We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans, training and developing team members, maintaining stock levels, and maximizing sales through effective merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.

• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
