Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are hiring an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising staff, ensuring store performance, and implementing operational action plans. You will have the opportunity to develop and grow the team while providing excellent customer service and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Manage stock levels and merchandise products neatly for maximum sales.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and lead a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capacity to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
